If, for any reason, you have changed your mind and want to return your purchase to iMusic, please find further information here in our Return & Refund Policy below.
Our Return & Refund Policy does not apply to complaints due to faulty or wrong items. For complaints, please check our FAQ and send us an email and we will inform you of the further complaint process.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for canceling an order is 14 days from the date on which you received the items or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
To cancel your order, you will need to notify us of the cancellation. You can do this by sending an email to email@example.com and stating that you want to cancel the purchase. You are also welcome to call our customer service in Denmark at +45 86 13 73 43 (Middle European Time). In case you want to call, check our office opening hours and poss. time difference in advance.
You cannot cancel by refusing to receive the item or by refraining from picking it up without giving notice that you are canceling. You must send your message stating that you are canceling your purchase before the cancellation deadline.
We reserve the right not to refund the shipping costs of your original order and charge for return freight, poss. applying customs and other fees, if we have not been notified of the return of your order in advance.
Conditions for Returns
In order to be eligible for a return of any items, please make sure that:
- The items were delivered during the last 14 days
- The item seal has not been broken
- You have informed iMusic about the return in advance
- The items arrive well packed and undamaged
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any items that do not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Returning Goods & Costs
You are responsible for any shipping costs and other fees for returning the goods to us. Ensure that the items are well protected during shipping, we will not refund any items that have been damaged during the return shipment to iMusic.

Please include a short message stating your name and order number to ensure smooth handling of your return at our warehouse.
We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we have received the returned goods. When you cancel, we will refund all payments received from you for the returned item(s), as well as applicable shipping expenses for the original order.
For the refund we will use the same payment method as you used to pay for the order. Instead of a refund you can also choose to get a voucher for your next order at iMusic.
