In February 2022 Gents released their third album, ‘souvenir’, an album exploring the up and downs of intimate relationships, especially the friendship between Niels Fejrskov Juhl and Theis Vesterløkke. They’ve dubbed the album’s sound as cyber croon and having worked with them on the record for over a year, it’s really the only thing they could have named this new genre, as it explores Niels rich baritone voice set in Theis’ futuristic and genreblending and gorgeous production.

The record was reviewed positively in both SOUNDVENUE, GAFFA and POLITIKEN, with Soundvenue stating that “GENTS’ synthpop hits harder than ever on the gut-wrenching breakup album ‘souvenir’.
