this is a very particufar project. it's content nnges from cool, hard-to-find or unreleased electronic music sung in english, italian and more, to the smoky parisian wine room, through the melancholy of french songs like edith piaf in "la vie en rose" to more modern sounds. the real treat, however, is the background idea: the intermezzo between each piece is a short narration in french, performed by a professional actress. now theatre pieces, then short poems. the packaging extremely refined and with a certain something of retro, gives the last touch to this conceptual project of francophone taste. in brief, it's a top quality product for your ears (as to music), for your eyes (as to packaging) and for your soul (as to the spoken parts).
