Heart Tuned to Dead
Switches
Debut album from this UK outfit, borne of a love of the song running throughout the decades, from the Beach Boys to Bolan to Blur. Self confessed musical magpies, in Heart Tuned to D.E.A.D., they've now found their own permanent place within their myriad of influences. Helped along the way by producer Rob Schnapf (Beck, Elliot Smith) the album has an inherent desire for world domination seldom realized by last-gang-in-town British bands. 12 tracks including the singles 'Drama Queen', 'Snakes And Ladders' and 'Lay Down the Law'. Warner. 2007.
