September Rain Tierra Japan Import edition

Tierra, a charming songstress with uniquely mellow & husky voice, she went to stay abroad earlier in her life and to Polish her sensibilities in various different cultures. After being back in Japan, she recorded "Shizuku" and " U'll be ok", for which she wrote lyrics. On September 30, 2008, Tierra released 2 albums; her debut single "September Rain" and the duet single CD with TOSHI; "TOSHI DUET 1 - Towa ni tabisuru koto". "September Rain', a sepia colored song dedicated to an ending summer love, produced and composed by MASAYA, was recorded at a L.A. studio with Hollywood's top-call strings musicians. In "TOSHI DUET 1 - Towa ni tabisuru koto", Tierra sings with TOSHI, who is a vocalist of a visual kei rock band and also a healing music artist in harmony. The song, as you already may know, is a Japanese version of Carole Bayer Sager /David Foster's "The Prayer" with a completely new lyric by MASAYA. 'September Rain' was recorded at Firehouse Recording Studio in L.A., U.S.A., with Derek Nakamoto as an arranger/pianist and MASAYA as a producer.
