Sangria Jur

JUR is first of all a name, the first name of Catalan singer Jur Domingo. But JUR is also a band, as a single body, formed by four members: Nicolas Arnould, Frédéric Cavallin, Sébastien Bacquias, Daniel Malavergne Julien Vittecoq and Jur Domingo.

Sangria (5th album of the Jur Group) is certainly the most personal and intimate album of the band. All the songs were written in a very short time and in an extreme moment of life. Writing at that moment was vital. This is the first time. It's a real studio album. We created music and songs without worrying about the final sound on

stage, accompanied by Antoine Éole, an arranger addicted to electro music.

Contrary to the last two albums of the band which sounded more acoustic (live for "Il était fou"), Sangria is more tinkered, more electro, closer to Ladrona (second album of the band) from the time when we didn't really have a band.
