Sleigh Bells
Sleigh Bells' album "Bunky Becky Birthday Boy" marks a significant evolution in their musical journey, weaving personal stories with a vibrant, eclectic sound. The title reflects a blend of whimsical and emotional layers, deriving from the nickname of Alexis Krauss’s late dog, Riz, and a nod to the birth of Krauss's son, Wilder, who is affectionately referred to as the 'birthday boy.' This mix of joy and mourning encapsulates the album's themes, exploring the cyclical nature of life and loss.
