Kotoko

Japanese psychological thriller directed by and starring Shin'ya Tsukamoto. Kotoko (Cocco) is a psychologically disturbed young mother who we learn sees two of everyone - one good, one evil. These hallucinations cause her to self-harm as a way of grasping on to reality, but when the authorities take her child away to protect him from her, her life spirals even more out of control.
