Collection of three programmes about reflexology, massage and relaxation. The first teaches the techniques used in the ancient method of reflexology. Presenter, reflexologist Melanie Blanchard explains and demonstates the benefits of reflexology and how it is used to identify tension and pain in various parts of the body.

The second programme is a guide to learning the basic techniques of Californian massage, with Hakim Boukhezoula. This instructional programme teaches the benefits that can be experienced through massage and how massage can be used to relax different areas of the body. The third programme teaches the basic methods, principles and techniques of massage and relaxation. Also included is advice on the use of essential oils and a guide to massaging different parts of the body.
