Otago Trips Plus Don Ramsay

This book should be added to Otago Trips although it is a stand-alone book. When Otago Trips was published it was mostly about trips in Otago. However, when we went on holiday we mostly went to Nelson. Otago Trips Plus is mostly about Nelson and our family trips, but it is also ideal for people who are visiting New Zealand and want some idea of what you can do. Not all the trips are of Nelson however - one being to Jacks Blowhole and one being to the fortifications at Harrington Point. Of most interest is the trip to the mystery grave which is in Central Otago. I photographed the grave when I was much younger, on slide film, but then put the slide away and forgot about it. After I had the stroke I rediscovered the slides and began to wonder where the mystery grave was. My journey is contained in the last chapter of the book. It makes interesting reading
