This book does not claim to be proposing any scientific theories. It is proposing two main approaches to quantize emotions. It starts with basic and intuitive thought experiments to build up the logic used to propose these approaches.

Some of the ideas proposed in the book: An attempt to quantize emotions through the Hormonal-Neural response based on the two-system view of the stress response. Proposing a value for the Hormonal-Neural response that could be referred to as the HN-value. Suggesting that the science of epigenetics could be another approach to quantize emotions. Proposing five main principles when attempting to quantize emotions: The unique factor. Pre-defined conditions. Imposed conditions. Complex states. Isolation principle. Proposing what could be referred to as the Universal Collective Impact Behaviors (UCIB). The book used quantum cognition methodologies to build analogies that could help in the attempt to quantize emotions. Thought experiments and analogies had been the most successful approach of humanity that led to the most significant discoveries in the history of humankind. Quantizing emotions (The basic mathematics of psychology) is unleashing scientific imagination without claiming any theories. It is opening doors for further scientific research and validation. Generally, a background in physics or mathematics is not required. You can still enjoy the book as the thought experiments are built in an analogous and intuitive approach. A physics or mathematics background would be a plus in few sections of the book.
