Bitangoshia or as everyone calls her "Bit" is starting a new life in America at her father's request. She left China with a great deal of money she finds a place in Point Pleasant, New jersey called "Driftwood". The apartment complex has a great deal of craziness like IOU who lives and works there for paying the owner back for sinking his car. Heater who dreams of surfing a hurricane naked. The owner's best friend Drew learns how bad an experience it is to hook up with Heater's sister. George who wants to get the Driftwood but gets humiliated with every terrible plan. With an epic beach party called the Beach Buff. And Bit who constantly get's chased by a stuffed fish named Fred! But to the owner Noah Quaterman this is all normal and good when your at the Driftwood.
