This book is in English! Thank goodness! Aunt Tootsie's German wasn't so hot. The title is still a mystery, but I think it says "I'm Always Wanting To Share." The virus made it impossible to have a funeral for Aunt Tootsie. Hopefully we can all come together enjoying her cookbook. I just wish she could have seen it come to fruition after working so hard on it. I'm happy to have finished it for her. All royalties from this book are going to St. John's Lutheran School on Montrose in Chicago, where Erna worked for years. This book is otherwise known as: "Aunt Tootsie's Cookbook" or "A Guettler Family Cookbook" It contains tantalizing German cuisine made the old fashioned way, plus other great recipes. Aunt Tootsie was a great cook and baker! Imagine her embarrassment humorously expressed in her recipe for "Holiday Nut Bread" on Page 14. Let this be a lesson to all of us... Taste it before you give it away to others!!! Enjoy and use this book as you remember her. She shared this for everyone to enjoy. With love, from Erna! Please know that Sarah Small did most of the work for this book, sitting side-by-side with Erna, getting all these recipes into a book that I could tweak and publish.
