Angel is confused about the powers she developed as a child. Alone and lost in a world full of normal people, she must learn how to cope with the strange nature of her existence. She knows she has a greater purpose. When she meets a man who claims she is his wife-to-be, she fights to learn of a past she can't remember while learning more about her powers and the destiny they forged. Blackfoot doesn't like being told no. He heads the cause advocating for the coexistence of humans and the paranormal, but many in his world don't want to live alongside humans-they want to eradicate them. When he finds his wife again, he has to make sure she is on his side, and this time he wants to end their immortal loop. Angel and Blackfoot started this war years ago, and they are the only ones who can end it. It will take their unity and strength to destroy the new regime that now leads the darkest paranormal they have ever had to stand against. Their relationship is forged by destiny, and only by finding each other in each lifetime will they grow stronger and closer to victory. Only by defeating the enemy they created will they be able to end the curse and enjoy their mortal lives together, in peace. If they lose, the human race is one battle closer to ending, and their immortal lives another loop they can't escape.
