The Ds' of the Devil

I did not sit down and plan to write a book, it's not a popularity contest. I am not even good with words, even my work emails are in bullet ones. As I prayed, I have been compelled to make space for God in my life. The words in this book are not even mine. I have written it as I heard it as has been ministered to me. The world is perishing if we don't do anything about the way we approach our prayer life, if we don't get ready for battle we will miss our destination. Increasingly the devil is trying to break the relationship we ought to have with God through the sacrifice of Jesus. He uses tactics and strategies to keep us away from God. He tries to make the sacrifice of Jesus on the cross futile. He does not come announced like a bear or a lion. He comes in disguise. We have lost our discerning spirit so we are not even aware when we are under attack. The devil is gaining ground if as Christian of this generation we don't do anything, I can only wonder what inheritance we are going to leave for the kids. We need to be wise in our prayer life to defeat the enemy at its root. We need to understand how he works the tactics and strategies he uses to derail us. Its time to stop being the church goers but understand we are at war. If it pleases God He could use a stone or a donkey to speak to us. I can only pray that I have heard right and this will help transform the life of that one person that God is looking for. The gem who is still in its raw state, that one person who is wondering is God really at work in my life. The way I see it, I am the lighthouse holding the light that emanates from God and I am on the lookout for the ships of goods to make sure they reach the shore safely. I am just standing there waiting to shine the light in the darkness so you can bring the goods safely to shore. To God be all the Glory!!! Dust I am and dust will I be, before I leave I pray that God will use me to make a difference in one person's life.
