Sparkdust (BOOK 1) Inoculation - Aimon Rosemoor lives in a sanctuary town in post-nuclear-apocalyptic America with his best friend Silvy. They have no electricity and no modern conveniences. They live in the "New" Old West. Aimon is poisoned by a war relic and escapes death to find himself a pawn in his father's plan to save the world. His father infected him with Sparkdust, a virus that could potentially save the human race from radiation. Aimon's father, Ivan, is supposed to be dead, but a humanoid robot named Gauge wanders into town and claims Ivan sent him. Ivan is a prisoner in the City of Glass, a nuclear sanctuary build by genetically superior humans known as Constructs. The four Constructs brought mankind to the brink of extinction with a nuclear war. Aimon discovers his great grandparents created the Constructs eighty years earlier, and his father is determined to destroy them. Ivan plans to turn Aimon into a super soldier to make him more useful. Gauge, the Sparkdust virus, and a ragtag group of cyborgs help Aimon save his home town from the bionic monsters created by the Constructs.
