After losing both of his parents to illness, Eric finds himself having to re-enforce his role as a big brother and help Mark leave his drug addiction behind to focus on his kids and their future. Mark cleans himself up and it seems life could not be going any better, that is, until his ex-wife comes back to town on a mission to stir up trouble. When tragedy strikes once again, Eric is forced to make the difficult decision of peacefully leaving things the way they are, or releasing his inner rage in order to find the justice he seeks, which the law could not give him.
