David Trueba
David Trueba invites us to join an electoral caravan: a vibrant novel about politics and politicians. This is the story, from the point of view of a writer, of the electoral campaign of a new candidate for a conservative party, let's say the PP. It is a road novel throughout Spain on a bus with the characters that make up the candidate's team, which aims to give an air of renewal to a party involved in corruption. A great novel, fast, funny, sexy, also very critical, with an unforgettable narrator, a lucid witness of the Spanish political reality, of the new uses of political marketing, of populism, of media tricks, and also a brilliant observer.
