This monograph presents particular provisions of soccer teams defending tactics with the use of zonal pressing. Highlighted are typical local situations involving one-two defending players specific to different tactical schemes of play construction by teams applying zonal pressing. Individual actions and cooperation of players from the defending team in these situations representing basic elements of zonal pressing tactics are considered.
