The recurrence sequences appear in modern research in many fields from mathematics, physics, computer science, architecture to nature and art. The study of Fibonacci sequences in groups began with the earlier work of Wall and later the concept of forming a sequence of group elements based on a linear recurrence relation was developed by many authors. In this book, our main aim is to present an introduction to the recent progress i n the theory of linear recurrence sequences in groups.
