Chemical Analysis of Moringa oleifera (Lam), Detarium microcarpum (Guill and Perr) and Bauhinia monandra (Kurz) Seeds for Nutrient and Antinutrient Factors, is a book on a research carried out on the seeds of these three plants in order to address the problem of food security among developing countries. The research looked at alternative ways of solving the problem of malnutrition by seeking for common sources of nutrient that could be available to rural dwellers, especially those that could not afford the cost of animal proteins and therefore, depend solely on carbohydrates diets. The book is therefore recommended for both under graduates and post-graduates students of Biochemistry, Chemistry, Food chemistry, Biology and Food science and Technology. It is also recommended for students of Colleges of Educations and polytechnics.
