Born in Vienna in 1930, Esther was a child when the Nazis came to power. Her life would forever change in November 1938 in the aftermath of Kristallnacht. While her memoir The Lucky Ones recounts, from a young girl's perspective, the harrowing struggles of a Jewish girl during World War II, Reflections is the culmination of a lifetime of creativity and poetry writing. It poignantly tackles Love, Grief and a long rich Life, including of course Esther's childhood in Nazi Europe.
