A level five citizen, which includes killers, political undesirables, people deemed too dangerous for the general population. She is given the choice of spending it in a reform center on the moon or spend the rest of her days building a new life on a planet that looks but does not feel like Earth. In fact, the new planet is much more a challenge that they thought at first. Will it prove to be humanity's last mistake in a long line of fatal mistakes?
