Corey and Kay have been best friends since childhood when a tragic accident turned Kay's world upside down moving her and her father into Corey's hometown. No one has ever known her better than Corey, but due to past choices she has to continually push him away when he's dating another woman. Time and time again their friendship is torn, and now Corey has brought home his recent girlfriend turned fiance. While happy for her friend, Kay knows their world will never be the same.
