The planet, Ultra, is known for their extreme lifestyles and love for the most exciting sports that their world has to offer. One day a menace returns to threaten the planet. His name is Dr. Nehor. His plan is to recruit the four most extreme souls on Planet Ultra, and to turn them into his four horsemen of the Apocalypse. Mazda, Tracy, Taco, and new comer Skitz, must figure out a way to stop Nehor's plans from full realization. The only person that stands in their way is the mysterious Cart Racer.
