Detective David Black is one of the best in his line of work. But when he wakes up in a morgue he has a few questions: How did he get there and why? He learns that he was attacked in his own home which left him comatose. Doctors explain that after spending a year unconscious he died. With no clues as to who shot him and his former boss ordering him to cease his investigation David grows suspicious. Matters are made even worse when a voice in David's head starts talking to him.
