Bernard Yeo is known for his love for personal development and dedication to personal fitness. Having run marathons for several years and switching to weight training, he has redirected his passion for coaching others on how to fight the battle of the bulge and gain fitness. With years of virtual traveling overseas and YouTube on his belt, he now makes actual adventurous and challenging trips with his ex-classmates every year. Bernard lives with his wife and two sons in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
