An undetected brain aneurysm is suspected at first, but when Dr. Newman witnesses the mysterious deaths of other influential public figures, it becomes clear that something is amiss. His suspicions are confirmed following brain surgery on the Governor of New Mexico. Soon, he finds himself taking part in top-secret military action of the highest importance.
