In the year 2020, the United States government passed the Mandatory Vaccination and Preventative Care Act. Having come up with new vaccines for things such as diabetes, heart disease, and asthma, government officials passed the Act by a landslide; unaware of the unique side-effects that the new vaccines would have on each generation that received them. The year is 2036, and it has been eight years since Tula was diagnosed with autism and taken away from her loving parents to be placed in foster care. But she is not the only one that was taken from her home on the day of her diagnosis. Tula doesn't know that her diagnosis is her death sentence, as a twisted plot unfolds, revealing a secret government-funded program that harvests children from their parents. As the first generation of children that received the mandatory vaccines get older some are discovering unique side-effects that will change the human-race forever. When Tula's path crosses with an unlikely group of teens she forms friendships that will last their entire lives-not knowing how long that might be. Now this group of teens must find a way to survive in a world where they are secretly hunted. A suspenseful, action-packed journey takes the group on a mission of self-discovery fueled by a will to survive in a changing world.
