This is a love story between a boy named Graham and a girl named Katerina. Graham has loved and lost and wishes to never love again. And Katerina doesn't really know what love is, not of herself and definitely not of her family.
This is a love story where pain begins to feel a lot like home and love feels a lot like bondage. This is a love story where the girl learns that love looks like jealousy, fits of rage, violence and obsession and the boy, believes in never letting go of the one you love. This story takes place in Selma, Alabama, where our heroine learns the hard way what real love looks like and our hero learns that holding on, sometimes leaves you lonely.
