This publication includes accurate (up to 15 significant figures) and corrected values for all the physical constants, together with their formulas, required for the mathematical prediction atomic and astronomic models. It also includes detailed mathematical descriptions of heat, gravity, mass, electricity, etc. Using Newton's and Coulomb's laws, it has been possible to the predict the neutronic radius and thereby rationalise all physical constants and their formulas. There are, in fact, only five primary physical constants & two ratios, all the others can be calculated accurately using them. All constants (including electrical) are provided in terms of the same units; metres, seconds, kilograms, Coulombs (& Kelvin)
