While sailing the waters that separate the USA from Canada, Evan Mason finds adventure above and below the surface of the Strait of Juan de Fuca. In an effort to rectify a wrong he finds himself caught up in a situation he couldn't possibly have foreseen that leads to both danger and discovery.

The adventure takes an unexpected turn when expert diver Evan sets out to investigate a new mystery that has the potential to threaten the local waters.

The story turns again when he finds a kindred spirit along the way and together they experience an adventure that is almost unbelievable.
