As the owner of the Healing Hands Massage Parlor, Lexi works late one night and happens to witness a murder in the alley beside her building. Thinking she's in the clear, Lexi quickly finds she's dodging not only the killer, but local law enforcement every time she turns around. Officer Brett Flynn finally gets Lexi to slip up and takes her into custody. Agent Davies with the FBI steps in and takes over the case and custody of Lexi. Now he has to try and keep her from taking off or doing anything that would endanger herself or others.
