Legend says they come in the night and carry away the bad ones....
One night Toog is captured and taken away by the mysterious race known as the Masters.
First left in a cold, dark cell, Toog is tormented by questions: Why me? What did I do wrong?
With beings from worlds across the galaxy around him he learns the Masters' ways and plots his escape.
However, even if he can get out of the prison how can he hope to find the way home again when home is on another world?
Perhaps his capture serves another purpose, one which Toog will only understand by solving the Masters' riddle.
Only then will his life have meaning and his world be saved.
