Vanaheim

Vanaheim is the eighth book in the Yggdrasil Program. Most of the material deals with scholarly subjects, but they are not free of exercises. You will have to rely on the material in previous books to perform them. Most of your work in this book will deal with intellectual and spiritual exploration. The Vanir are practitioners of Seither magic and they represent the female power within our souls. The two principles of male and female (Aesir and Vanir) are at war with each other within you psyche and you will have to create a harmonious balance between them. This is why it is important to complete the nine books in their proper order. In this book you will explore new understandings in your ancestry, in genetics and race, the nature of the Giant forces within you that are constantly trying to control you and you must finally conquer the dragon within you, just as Sigurd conquered Fafnir.
