I decided to survive rape, physical abuse, verbal abuse, abandonment, rejection, unworthiness, and my childhood being taken away from me. I decided I am not going to be another statistic to society by fighting the big giant! In spite of all the turmoil I had to endure, I fought even harder to show everyone that I am somebody when I was told I was a nobody. I made it through it all--raised three children, earned two degrees and several diplomas, and became very successful in my career. You can do it too. You must have the will.
