The Madhi and his gang has one mission: destroy the President of the United States and the upper echelon of the government so that it could be taken over by the Madhi's sinister employer. Standing in the terrorist's path is Harry Ross, who has been denigrated by the US intelligence service.

On the other side, not just one but two of the most highly skilled and deadly assassins in existence, who never fail to kill their target, as well as members of the US government itself. And then there is a wild card: the beautiful woman introduced to Harry as a female assassin more deadly than the other two. Trouble is, she was introduced to Henry by one of the two enemy assassins.
