The Boy Gift

With storms gathering, Tomei learns a secret. His grandfather never had a son of his own, yet he became a chief of the Happy Valley clans. The knowledge sends Tomei on a quest to the Out World, where life changes hands for a goat, and he returns empty-handed, but wiser. He is about to accept his fate, resign himself to a life of ridicule, when a stranger arrives to solve his problem. Suspicions and superstitions cause chaos, as Happy Valley debates what to do with Tomei's green-eyed son.
