As a coloring book of breastfeeding mothers and their babies, Nourishment delivers a socially-driven answer to the problem of how we continue to normalize breastfeeding in a culture that has moved away from this natural act. Nourishment is also a self-care tool for those who engage in art therapy as a practice, or who are interested in starting to do so. Each piece is hand-crafted by Grayce Bentley, who is a visual artist, mother, and breastfeeding advocate with roots in social justice.
