Unlabeled/Reclaimed started as K Marie Edwards' own brand of therapy. The first several chapters were actually just journal entries which originate with her telling readers of things that she was releasing from her life whether from childhood or adulthood. Readers follow along as her story and journey evolved into more than just unleashing things but reclaiming them as well. Unlabeled/Reclaimed is not a self help book or even an autobiography. It is an evolution of human nature and growth that shows the vulnerability in healing and self realization.
