Ian Steward and Lorna Baird have seven children each. They both want them to find happiness, not necessarily together but that wouldn't hurt them if they did. Hugh Steward, the youngest of Ian's boys married Kyle Baird, the youngest of Lorna's girls. Finlay married Machara. She died after giving birth to their daughters. So many of the other couples getting together are falling apart. Freya Baird has a secret that she tells her brother-in-law Finlay Steward on the night of the visitation for her sister. She's about to break up with her long-term boyfriend Zach Waters because she's pregnant with Coll Steward's baby. She's never could tell Coll no. She's never gotten him out of her head or her heart. Coll hasn't been willing to commit to her but Zach would love to and she's about to break his heart.
