In this, the third and final installment of the author's "Las Vegas Trilogy", Damon tries to separate dreams, fiction and reality and finds himself increasingly unable to do so. Set in Las Vegas, Nigeria, Oz and the open ocean, the story is a constantly changing mix of comedy and action, and includes a complete re-imagining of The Wizard of Oz.
