This reality-based thriller is a dark and disturbing chronicle of exploitation, rape, torture and murder, set against the backdrop of an empire of Government organized abuse, run by the Sheikh of Dubai, a hellish city of slaves, selected by Carl Snyder to launch a bank scam.
When uncovered by Al, a customer who threatens to expose it, Snyder forces him and his lovely girlfriend into hiding.
Dubai is flipped over, and its horrific, sadistic underbelly is exposed, mainly satirically, through the antics of the Sheikh and his team - a coterie of abusers lording it over a prison state, using false-front institutions like a court system to fool the world, while selling drugs, laundering money, supporting terrorism, hosting criminals and kidnapping newborns for abuse.
But hidden inside this chronicle of horror lies a surprisingly tender love story, recording the fierce loyalty of lovers battling terrifying odds to establish the supremacy of good over evil, while Snyder, determined to silence them permanently... plays a deadly cat-and-mouse game.
