The discovery of a man's skeletal remains sends Dan Bannerman on a search for the truth that will take him on a journey into the past and lead him into a situation where he suddenly finds himself the suspect in a police investigation that could see him charged with murder. Now he is struggling to come to terms with this unexpected turn of events as the police seem determined to hold him responsible. With no one to support him Dan can only hope that the truth will prevail but with an important police witness lying to protect himself the evidence against Dan is growing. His search revealed that both his great grandfather and his grandfather died violently and he is beginning to believe that they were somehow cursed and unless he can prove his innocence he could very well become another victim.
