He did this through a combination of emphasizing physical and emotional health, and repeatedly challenging himself. Alex now works as a management consultant and has helped multiple Fortune 500 companies improve their personnel management systems. He has lived in eight foreign countries and received an Masters of Business Administration from Thunderbird School of Global Management where he was President of the Project Management Association and the local Toastmasters chapter.
