Nasty Nate, a ruthless street dude from Miami gets more than what he bargains for when two crooked cops pulls him over and robs him of the dope that he hid inside of his car. Mistakenly going after Ralphy Towing Company, the owner. Who is also the underboss of the Miami notorious "Crazy Chico's" crime family, known as the most ruthless crime family on the East Coast. Nasty Nate and his right hand man, Six Nine. Brutally murders Ralphy and his wife. Leaving their 18 month old daughter as the only survivor. It wasn't until later, when Nasty Nate and Six Nine spotted the two cops that they then realized that they had the wrong blood on their hands. Furious because he was played, Nasty Nate then goes after the two. Not only seeking revenge on them but their friends as well. Smooth, an old school hustler who is now back on the streets from doing a bid in prison. Vows to stay out of trouble but not until the woman who was holding him down, Michelle, needs him to save her. Michelle, one of Miami Dade police officers who goes against the badge, is now faced with Nasty's Nate rage. Not wanting the drugs but revenge. Nasty Nate then goes on a killing spree. Also putting himself to go toe to toe with Smooth, who would do anything to protect his fiancée, Michelle. As the streets of Miami gets hot, bodies are being found, and a crooked cop is being investigated. Nasty Nate leaves a trail of blood and not caring who his next victim is.
