Criminal justice fails. The street takes over. Vigilante action replaces the formal institutions of law and order. The people of the street no longer have faith in the police, as rampant crime permeates the neighbourhood. Detective 'Nights' Mashego travels into the dark recesses of urban decay where drug dealing and brutal crime drive residents to take the law into their own hands.
