A young girl ventures out to satisfy her taste for her favorite Blue Moon ice cream. A product of a home filled with domestic violence she finds herself at age 10 living with her grandmother after her parents bitter divorce. She finds herself being manipulated by an alleged serial killer. She becomes pregnant at age 15 and enters into an extremely abusive marriage and after three children and seven years of cruel and inhumane treatment she finds herself divorced and entering into a prostitution ring to support her family. Her younger sister joins in the fast money and drug games. Later, the younger sister is diagnosed with a devastating muscular disease.
