But God took that broken, fearful teen-ager from New Zealand and launched her into the nations. With her husband Alan she helped pioneer the ministries of Youth With A Mission, Mercy Ships and King's Kids International. After Alan's death, she continued her unexpected journey, becoming an intercessor, artist, teacher and much-beloved Kupuna to generations of South Pacific islanders.
