Evolving Angel Anjana V S

Anjana has dreamt of writing stories for children, for many years now. This is her first book, she wants to bring the issues and challenges of disability in her stories, so that it helps children to understand and make friends with each other. Though, for many years, there have been attempts at inclusive education, we find that children with disabilities still remain isolated. They find it very difficult to be truly included. Anjana's work, may touch the thinking of many, because it comes from one, who is an experiential expert as a person with disability. She has grown up interacting with her neighbors and cousins and other non-disabled children, and so has many messages to give. Her work will grow to fill an important void in literature by persons with disabilities.
